How fresh is the coffee?
Every bag is roasted to order and ships straight from the roastery. Most orders leave within 2-3 business days.
Whole bean or ground?
Choose at checkout. Whole bean holds its character longer, so grind just before you brew.

Where do you ship, and what does it cost?
