Common questions
Roasting, shipping, subscriptions and gifting. Anything else, write to us.
How fresh is the coffee?
Every bag is roasted to order and ships straight from the roastery. Most orders leave within 2-3 business days.
Whole bean or ground?
Choose at checkout. Whole bean holds its character longer, so grind just before you brew.
Do you offer subscriptions?
Yes. Subscribe & Save takes 10% off, delivered monthly or every two weeks. Pause, skip or cancel anytime from your account.
Where do you ship, and what does it cost?
We ship across the United States. Shipping is free on orders over $40.
Can I send coffee as a gift?
Yes. Digital gift cards come in $15, $25, $50 and $100 and arrive by email.
